Country BBQ, Potluck & Food Preserving Workshops

Please come help us celebrate summer with a Backyard BBQ and Potluck. We will be having a pickling, dehydrating and earthworm composting workshops. You will be able to take home samples from each of the demos.  We will be grilling delicious main course items. Please bring a side dish for the potluck.

BBQ Menu

* Pulled Pork on Taro rolls

* Flank Steak w/ chimichuri sauce

* Korean Marinated Chicken

* Sriracha Grilled Tofu

Please bring a potluck item for the buffet from one the following categories:

* Salads

* Starch dish

* Summer Dessert

We will have country games for the kids (and adults!). Guests, children and dogs are welcome.

There will be a drawing for both adults and the kids to win a special prize.

The attire is very casual, you can even go barefoot! Bring a change of clothes if you might get wet or dirty, especially for the kids!  We hope you will be able to come for a day of grillin' & chillin' in the country.
